"Cyber Security -Challenge for Defence and Security", Peleshi: We invest in new systems and human capacities

The theme of the conference organized by the Armed Forces Academy and the Military Scientific Research Institute was "Cybersecurity: A Challenge for Defense and Security," with the participation of Defence Minister Niko Peleshi.
Minister Peleshi addressed the conference, highlighting the cyber attacks that impacted Albania last year and discussing the valuable lessons learned by the state and institutions from these incidents.

Defense Minister Niko Peleshi participated in the Defence Ministerial within the framework of the US-Adriatic Charter initiative (A5), chaired by North Macedonia. The discussions focused on current security and defense issues in the Balkan region and beyond.
In a dedicated session, significant emphasis was placed on engagement within the initiative, the implementation of the Adriatic Charter's revitalization concept, participation in NATO missions, regional cooperation in security and defense, and contributions to global security.
