Central Military University Hospital
The Central Military University Hospital is a health national institution of Defence Ministry of the Republic of Albania which provides a specialised health aid for the effectives of the AF, military and civilian personnel as well as the civil population for polytrauma problems.
The Central Military University Hospital is a health public institution, which accomplishes the mission of the AF health support and the treatment of polytrauma in national level since 1993. It was confirmed with the approval of the Council of Ministers no. 375, date 13.07.2002, when the Central Military Hospital was given the status “University Hospital”, and nowadays it is called the Central Military University Hospital.
This institution is based on its regulation, which clearly defines the main directives, basic principles, responsibilities, obligations, duties and problems according to the orders, instructions of the superior structures for the General hospital Directory, administration and medical service.
Regulation also defines in a functional way tasks and rights of inter-hospital structures, personnel and determines opportunities for independent medical, research, scientific, technical and financial activities.
Its elements serve to subordinate structures and all levels of functional rights to increase the quality of medical service.
Regulation harmonises the pedagogical and organizational relationships between the component structures and medical services of CMUH. It regulates didactic relations between the Central University Military Hospital and the Faculty of Medicine.
