The "NATO Resilience Expert Consultation Meeting" takes place

On September 17-18, a consultative meeting with NATO experts on Resilience was held at the Ministry of Defense.
The meeting was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff, the National Civil Emergency Agency, the Ministry for Relations with Parliament, the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, the Ministry of Interior and the State Police, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Health, and other institutions.

The 27th Conference of the Chiefs of Defense of the U.S.-Adriatic Charter (A-5) Initiative began today in Tirana, with Albania chairing this year. Defence Minister Pirro Vengu held a meeting with Supreme Allied Commander Europe and Commander of U.S. Forces in Europe, General Christopher G. Cavoli, along with his delegation.During the discussions with the high-ranking American military official, Minister Vengu addressed the regional situation, emphasizing NATO's continued strong support in Kosovo and its Euro-Atlantic path, as well as the need for a unified response to destabilizing rhetoric and disinformation campaigns by third-party actors in the region.Minister Vengu expressed his gratitude to General Cavoli for the vital support that the United States provides daily in the efforts to modernize Albania’s Armed Forces and strengthen its human capital.
